I am a caring, fun, and trustworthy person to be around. I may be quiet at times but once you get to know me I'm a talkative person that likes to meet new people. I like watching/creating videos. And this class will help me learn more about filming/editing. I don't really have a favorite movie i like watching all kinds of movies.

Describe the process of creating your one-shot and multi-shot films... How did you work as a group to develop what shots should be taken? How are you approaching the editing process? What have been some successes and hurdles in these first projects? How do you feel your views on film have changed now that you've had a taste of the work involved?

Our one shot film was easy the only thing that was hard was that payton kept laughing so we had to keep the camera going until there was shot that she did not laugh. And our multi shot film was easy too but yet again payton was laughing. Everyone in our group had a part to play in our film. At first we didn't know what we wanted to do. All these film projects has not Changed my views on film.

Consider the shots and camera movements we've defined, shot, and edited. Which is your favorite from those you captured for your commercial and why? Also, which is your least favorite shot/camera move and why? What has learning about all these shots/moves taught you about cinematography? My favorite ones was the over the shoulder shot because we get more in def. And the one i did'nt like was the spinning one was because it made me dizze

Reflect on the process of creating your TV Show Pilot: 1) Provide a logline (plot in a single sentence) for your original CJ6: Screenplay. 2) Connect what you designed for CJ7: costume(s) to the story you created - why did you design what you designed based on the story? 3) Tell, too, about the TV Show Pilot you filmed and edited with your group... 3a) what was it like to work with a script and 3b) what types of shot(s) do you feel brought the show to life most?

The screenplay I created was about a daughter running away her crazy mom at school. And everywhere she went her followed her and stalked her at her high school. I think it was ok for my first screenplay script. I should of added more actors and had her not just running. But when she would run away she would talk to someone run its was constant running. The way i designed payton the girl running away. I designed her outfit just like payton dresses in real life. I dressed her with some blue jeans and a button shirt with her hair down. I feel that the close up shot brought more life into the tv show because the people that watch it is more into it and understand what it is that the tv show is about.

Share your ups and downs of film making on your blog, and how you plan to continue to grow in the second half of the class. Do this by writing about your two biggest psychological barriers when it comes to making films? For each, provide an example of the barrier you encountered this term as well as a solution you plan to initiate in the second term to overcome this barrier. Then finish off the entry by recalling the biggest success or an ah-ha moment that you've had this term. Provide details about what made it a great moment for you and how you felt you grew from the experience.

Some of my ups are that i learned much more about film and all the jobs that they have and what they need to do.My biggest success this term was making the volleyball team. That's my biggest success because i went to all the conditions and practices over summer and weights and that payed off because i made the team.

Hitchcock is know as the Master of Suspense. Recall in detail a time when you felt a film had you most on edge--- either scared, excited, distressed, or passionate. What do you remember from the film itself (text, lighting, sound, set-up) that you believe made it truly effective? As a film maker yourself, what emotions do you think you'd be best at effecting in your audience and how do you imagine you would go about doing it?

The film i felt had the most edge was called hush because it had the dark light and the setting made it actually feel like it was real. The girl she lived in the woods alone when it was dark ad it had the sound effects. This movie made me get scared but excited to see what happens next because even though it scared me but it was such a great movie i could not stop watching.

Describe your experience shooting this project in the film studio with the added lighting elements. How do you feel the studio time affected your final product quality? Additionally, how did you approach the montage portion of your film. Describe what you chose to cut together and what effect you hope for it to have on your audience as a part of your "Flash Forward" film.

My experience shooting in the film studio it was fun having good lighting and not had to go outside when it was raining. My group took a lot of the studio time but we stayed in there for a while because we kept messing up and then we had to fix the lighting. But other then that our final project turned out good we had a good story and light and camera. We had to cut a lot of the clips because they weren't the ones we wanted and even if we were just on the couch for the scene we still had to film it a lot of times. But our flash forward turned out good and my group is proud of it.

My thoughts on the film was not that bad the only is that my video did not render right but it still was good. And the course was fun it was fun because we get to make our own videos and then present them.
