At first I was confused, but later on I decided on a story , then I told my group members and we did some modifications and made the story better, we all decided on a location and went there. Then I decided on our first scene and slowly on all of us got a hang and we filmed the scenes and it looked good. Same with the multi shots as all of us group members had a lot of ideas and we all decided on the good ones and did a good job as a team. Then we all edited our films with different creative ideas. I personally have experience with filming and editing , so I knew how to handle everything and enjoyed editing the most.
The successes are that we all listen to each other all the times and we work well together and combine our ideas. Bad things were that we ran out of time. My views have not really changed as I have done this before but what did change is I learned how to film with people and collab.

Consider the shots and camera movements we've defined, shot, and edited. Which is your favorite from those you captured for your commercial and why? Also, which is your least favorite shot/camera move and why? What has learning about all these shots/moves taught you about cinematography?
In my commercial my most favorite shot were zoom in , tilt & Over the shoulder , we used zoom in to show a reaction and it worked well . We used tilt to show a new character and a reaction , we used the over the shoulder for its proper purpose and to make story look better with a a new angle . Least favorite was oblique because we did not understand how we can use it but we figured it out. I learned that having different shots can make your story look way more professional and broad. It gives a whole new perspective of the story and emphasizes on the story and setting.

Reflect on the process of creating your TV Show Pilot: 1) Provide a logline (plot in a single sentence) for your original CJ6: Screenplay. 2) Connect what you designed for CJ7: costume(s) to the story you created - why did you design what you designed based on the story? 3) Tell, too, about the TV Show Pilot you filmed and edited with your group... 3a) what was it like to work with a script and 3b) what types of shot(s) do you feel brought the show to life most?
Nate goes to harry's house and shows him the Ouija board and they use it. I designed Nate into a modern teenager who likes modern fashion , like sweatshirts jeans or hoodies , he is wearing jordans as they are the coolest example of high tops. The dad is wearing work clothes to represent the fact that he is old and is not into hip hop. My design tells us a lot about the characters and how they are in life, do they stray updated with trends . The script helped us a lot in our TV show Pilot , I just had a little problem where our group member did not come to film and we changed the character's gender and besides that editing and filming with group was great. The close ups , slow disclosure , and wide shots helped a lot.

Share your ups and downs of film making on your blog, and how you plan to continue to grow in the second half of the class. Do this by writing about your two biggest psychological barriers when it comes to making films? For each, provide an example of the barrier you encountered this term as well as a solution you plan to initiate in the second term to overcome this barrier. Then finish off the entry by recalling the biggest success or an ah-ha moment that you've had this term. Provide details about what made it a great moment for you and how you felt you grew from the experience.
I have very similar ups and downs as it shows in the video , two biggest ones are not having enough time , and not having the quality work I envisioned in my mind. This term was a lot of fun and I learned a lot of great things and overcame my problems. When we first chose our groups I did not know if I had the right group and would they even properly participate, would they even listen to me at all . Luckily, the group was great , we have been getting a lot of stuff done and time was not a problem unless a new member comes in. Another problem was that I did not know how to the get the quality work , I kept feeling like acting will influence the work , but it all worked out , my group members understand and listen to me , and I get to produce nice work . Both of those are my ah-hah moments as I overcame those problems , and it made me really enjoy this class. Next term I will give the same and better attention to my work!

Describe your experience shooting this project in the film studio with the added lighting elements. How do you feel the studio time affected your final product quality? Additionally, how did you approach the montage portion of your film. Describe what you chose to cut together and what effect you hope for it to have on your audience as a part of your "Flash Forward" film.
The lighting elements really enhanced our shots , they professionalize the shots and give a whole new sense of the story and make everything more clear. Our final quality was great and better than our other projects . For our flash forward , we took the idea of items being lost and made a montage out of it , as the main character is talking she goes back into a flashback, comes back and then shows the problem and cuts back to studio . We hope that it lets the audience understand the problem and plot of the movie with the idea of flashbacks .

Hitchcock is know as the Master of Suspense. Recall in detail a time when you felt a film had you most on edge--- either scared, excited, distressed, or passionate. What do you remember from the film itself (text, lighting, sound, set-up) that you believe made it truly effective? As a film maker yourself, what emotions do you think you'd be best at effecting in your audience and how do you imagine you would go about doing it?
The last film I remember that did that was "Talaash" this movie gets everyone on the edge, and even scared. The sound and lighting was what changed everything like in the final scene the calm scene and music starting slowly getting intense , audience starts thinking something is going to happen and then the scare came and the twist was exposed , it was a great movie. I would try my best to amaze the audience , build up the suspense , make the lighting really epic.
