I am kind, honest, trustworthy, and smart. In the future I would want to be a producer and be nice to the actors and performers as well as have fun with them.In this class I am seeking for animation and After Effects because it will help me in the future of being a producer.

After two+ weeks in Film 1, how do you feel your views on film have changed? In regard to the artistic aspect of film? In regard to the work involved in pre-production, filming, and editing?

My views on film changed because it taught me more about film and how cool it can be. The aspect of film does make a lot of sense now since you do need a lot of cameras to make a movie or play. Filming is really fun to do if you are the director or even an actor and editing is also fun since you could put a lot of animation or edits to put in the cuts.

Give your classmates some kudos and "award" them on THEIR blog. Reply to at least two peers using an awards season "Best _________" and tell them why you feel they deserve that award!

film producer, good job in producing and excellent in giving ideas

Consider the shots and camera movements we've defined, shot, and edited. Which is your favorite from those you captured for your commercial and why? Also, which is your least favorite shot/camera move and why? What has learning about all these shots/moves taught you about cinematography?

I think that taking the shots were better that editing because it is fun hanging out with your friends and yet acting at the same time. The least favorite shot that i do not like it the Close-Up shot because I personally think that it is to close to the person that it mostly looks like a Extreme Close-Up shot. I learned how to use the Green Screen to make the commercial look better and taught me about all the shots of what to take and how to take them.

Describe your perception and understanding of how film is a unique artistic language. Give a specific example from one of the films you have created in this class thus far.

People are able to know who I am in filming from my videos that I have made. I add some other stuff like the Sponge bob Cut Scenes in there to make it look more funny. I learned that I could edit a lot of stuff from my videos, freeze frame to make a "To be continued" part, and also how to shift pictures from one to another all in my 4th video of a Melodrama called "Pencil Boy". This also helped me understand how film is a unique artistic language by adding effects and pictures to my video

Take a paragraph or two to discuss the highs and lows of your film making journey the past months. Touch on each of the different elements of the class and how you perceive your experience learning about and creating films.

A good thing I learned in filming is that I learned how to film in a green screen which is a good thing. The reason why is because now I can help other people with there films to make there film look better than just a green background. I also learned how to make superimposition so I can now overlap videos to make a type of montage or video. Another good thing I learned in this class is that I can now add funny videos to my project to make the video funny or cool. This is a good thing because if i wanted to make my own video then I can remember these things and use them on the videos. I didn't learn any bad things in this class because all the things we learned in this class improved me in my films. The only bad thing that I could say is if I get stuck in something or I forget to save my video and all of my stuff disappears and I would have to do it again. I wish that there was a auto save every time i edit something like Google Docs or Slides.

Life doesn't always offer an auto-save! :) I'm thrilled ot hear how you're connecting each technical aspect of the editing process to your ability to express yourself creatively. Keep up the great work. Press yourself!

Describe your experience shooting this project in the film studio with the added lighting, camera, and sound equipment. How do you feel the studio time affected your final product quality?

The lighting helped add suspense and more action into the movie. When we used the light in the Flash Dance film, you could see Batman but when we didn't use it, you couldn't have seen him. The studio time affected my final product quality because it was able to bring focus to what was happening instead of many things you could see like shadows or glare to the person. The sound equipment helped block some of the air conditioner when we used the boom stick so you could also clearly hear the person who is talking.

Soon, you'll be pitching an idea for a feature film in this class. What genre do you think you'll focus your creativity on? Why are you drawn to this genre? What do you find most interesting about this genre? What would you hope others would get from your work if you were to create films in this genre?

I think the genre we should focus on would be an action film since its so popular and easy to work on. I'm drawn to this genre because I love doing and watching action movies and I think we would make a good movie/video on action. Some people can be part of credits or work with me doing the film if possible. We could also add effects that everyone likes and make things even to everyone doing it. I think it would be fun.

"Best Actor in a Pinch", thanks for being there to act when nobody else could (or wanted to), you'll be a great producer someday! ;)
