I have had this class in the past, when i was a freshmen. Really enjoyed the class and now retaking it to learn how to edit again and film. The experience of seeing how movies and TV shows are made should make this class enjoyable.

Nothing has really changed since ive been in this class it's just a revision of freshmen year when i had this class just different projects and homework. Nothing has really changed i just need to get used to the program again. From taking note, doing creative journals, and doing our career catalog, nothing is hard in this class just based around having fun and learning about the film industry.

Pan and over the shoulder shots were my most favorite, over the shoulder shows you like first person whats happening, and pan shows what the person is doing. Least favorite is extreme close up b/c it doesn't look right. All of these shots taught me what the cinematographer has to look for and how to shoot those shoots and implement them into the film.

Film is an artistic language because it show more than just the dialog, it shows what is happening during the scene. An example, is our melodrama because there is a lot of dialog from character to character and showing the visual side of the story and not just the dialog.

Going into this class i had already knew the ins and out of filming and some what of the editing portion. Filming the projects is the most entertaining part of this class just because you get to direct the film how you want it. Editing the footage is very easy. This Film class isnt much different from the one i took freshmen year so everything is just slowly coming back to me.

I;m glad to hear that you're re-familiarizing yourself to prior knowledge. I believe you and your team are ready to take it to the next level. Use your combined talents to really press the envelope on the next projects!

I feel as the lighting and boom mic really helped with our project because the audio was really clear and the lighting helps with the shadows

Im going to focus my creativity on the comedy side of filming. Comedy is just something that will put a smile on peoples face and make them laugh. I think people would laugh just because of the funny things that we do in are films already.
