I am a very adventurous person, I like combining ideas and creativity together. I can relate to this class very much considering the fact that creativity and idea making is key to what we have to do. In the future I want to be in the medical field as a Registered Nurse. This class will give me the use of how to work with others and how to take other people's opinion into perspective. My goals are to genuinely look at things with a bigger perspective, thinking outside the box. Being able to accept my ideas that I think of and being comfortable of what i like to think.

Filmmakers develop and convey stories within the mise- en- scene by using their hands as a frame and looking at what they would want in their frame. We worked together by having one person stand and look at the camera and have the other people stand where the would be if we wanted to film and make progress by talking with each other what would look better on camera. The editing project is more of a challenge this time considering the fact that there are more pieces to work on and more film to work with. My views on film are way different because editing a five minute video can be challenging so working on longer videos can be even harder.

My personal favorite camera shot would have to be the wide shot, reasoning is is because you get to see everything very clearly. Its interesting to see everything in one clear shot then the viewer can sort out an idea that is happening in their head. My least favorite camera shot would definitely be the pan. Panning in my case is more difficult for me because you cant move too fast and you cant move too slow either, it has to be just right for the viewer can clearly see what is happening in the shot without having to second guess what they thought. Learning all these shots have definitely given me another perspective of how challenge it is to be a cinematographer. Having to worry about what angle is best for the movie and the viewers is definitely a challenge.

I designed what i designed based on the story because we have teenagers getting ready to throw a party. The whole point of the clothes and the style of my pilot was a grungy look. More swag to the designs considering the fact that they are breaking the rules and throwing a house party while their parents are gone. My group came up with a lock down story, three teenagers were in a separate room than their classmates do to computer malfunctions. They get an announcement saying there was a lock down and that it was not a drill. One of the scenes i love/ enjoy the most is the scene with the banging on the door. It really showed the feeling and reactions on the teenagers face in fear of what was on the other side of the door.

My biggest ups with making films is that I am not afraid to share my ideas with my peers.I am a very creative thinker and I love to incorporate other people opinion. My biggest down in film making is that i have all the ideas in my head of what shot i want to use or what props or dialogue i want to put into the film. So that means I have a difficult time explaining my ideas out and letting people understand what i mean. I will continue to grow in this class just by tying to find other ways than just talking to explain myself to others about my ideas

Filming in the studio was a very fun experience. Being able to use the different lighting and mess around with what type of look that we want.

I think i will be more attracted to making a Hitchcock film. I like the suspenseful feeling in any type of movie, it leads me on into being more focused on what is happening. I hope others would respect the time and work it takes to make a Hitchcock film. Being suspenseful can be a drag sometimes if you take to long and make the movie overpowering with waiting.

We used the song tongue tied by grouplove. The song indicates the feeling of freedom as teenagers and a good vibe and energy of the song. The high concept video really gave off the feel of being all about high school and having little time with the people you spend most memories with. I am most proud that the music we picked for our video really symbolizes the feel of high school. I love how all the cuts of the video look like a genuine video and not a lot of editing was put into it so it made it more of a connection feeling.
