I chose to be in this class because it sounded fun and interesting. I enjoy watching and making films, as well as editing clips of footage. What I want most from this class is to acquire a lot of skill in Adobe After Effects so I can use it more in the future when editing other clips I may have.

Film makers use the mise en scene by arranging properties of the set that will be in the shot. By doing so, the film makers can add different emotions and feelings to the specific scene. The setting often creates the mood for the scene.
When creating our one-shot and multi-shot films, we chose a background that would be fitting for the event that is occurring. In the multi-shot it felt like we had a lot more freedom in what we could do for our story. Because of this we were able to expand our story and add more depth to it with the multiple shots.
The editing process was fun and interesting because we got to see ourselves from the point of view of the camera. Editing the one-shot story was fairly easy, but I have not gotten to editing the multi-shot story as I was not here yesterday.

My favorite shot to capture was probably the medium shot because it is one that can be used for many different scenes. I don't really have a least favorite shot because I was not the one filming the scenes, but if I had to choose one it would have to be the distorted angle because it doesn't look all that appealing to me. I have learned all about the many different angles you can shoot a scene from and the major effect it has on the scene itself.

My logline for my screenplay was, "Two legendary athletes have a debate about who would be better at the other's sport." My costume designs were just basketball uniforms and I created that because Lebron James is a basketball player. The TV Show Pilot was interesting to film, but it was also kind of difficult because the rest of us were not too familiar with the script. We had all written our own scripts, but then had to forget about those and use one of our group member's.

When it comes to filmmaking in this class I have not experienced many psychological problems. I have not worried too much about whether it was going to be good enough because I realize that I don't have the experience, so greatness cannot be expected. Also, I would always take into account that not many people are going to view this video. The only people that will see it, unless I have it shared on the website, are my group members and my teacher.

I feel like the film studio, although it was smaller and gave us much less space, we were able to set more of a mood for the scene. We were able to get much better lighting and that helped the scene so much. It allowed our final product to be a higher quality than if it was filmed outside.

I would focus my creativity on the genre of comedy most likely. This genre is probably the most fun to make and can lead to some extremely hilarious moments. If I were to create films in this genre, which probably would not happen, people would get a lot of laughs and have a great time while watching my films.

My group chose the song, "Meant To Be," by Bebe Rexha ft. Florida Georgia Line and we used a high concept. The final product was a success in my opinion and what I was most proud of was that we only had two group members to film most of the video.
