Hey reader, Its Aldo. After just Two weeks of being in class I feel the same but less shy with my class. There are cool people I have class with and it makes my experience in drama fun. In the future I hope to practice acting in front of my class.
The play me and my crew made up was crazy. I got a bunch of different reactions from the audience and it was nice. Before the play we were missing a person and had to make up a new play but then she came and we got our play's confused.
I liked your teams idea that you produced. It came out awesome and I seen no flaws. Your teams performance was one of my favorites.
Hey Man thanks! I really appreciate your support. I wouldn't say that me alone produced the play but me and my Cuhrew. Thanks Again.
My monologue is about a Kid named Pablo who's a bad kid. I have not done much to prepare myself. I am pretty much always ready.
My monologue went in a different direction. The monologue I first wrote was about Pablo and him being a bad kid. The second monologue I wrote was about Pablo being a good older brother to his younger brother and helps him stand up to bullying.
You did a nice job with your monologue. Your facial expressions were hidden from the audience as you had your head down reading. Perhaps being off-book next time will allow you to connect more with whom you are speaking to. Additionally, you choose some interesting leg movements, swinging them up onto the benches. I didn't mind this characterization, except that it seemed disjointed with the more natural physicality of the rest of your body. Coming to a consistent physicality to bring your character fully to life is your area of next focus.
Yeah I noticed that once I was done with my project. I should've been more responsible with who and what I was paying attention too. Thank you @Hanks
My puppet is going to be inspired by a famous dictator, Julia Cesar. I gave my foam model a defined jawline because I believe a good dictator should have a powerful strong jaw.
I like this approach to your design. On the other hand, a dictator may also be lacking in physical prowess, which aids in his complex to be more than hat he is. Perhaps your character has inner weaknesses that hes compensating for.
I spent most of my time putting details into my puppet for a real look. I didn't struggle much. Hardest part was the clay face. The face stands out the most, I think it'll grab peoples attention the most.
I really liked Shakespeare plays because he is very romantic with the ladies and he lightweight a savage when speaking to them.
The designed outfit i'm making for my woman character is sleeping clothes. The color is a sleeping blue. My characters are preparing themselves for bed.
You are an amazing wall and I am extremely jealous of how wall-like you are, but just work on putting more emphasis in your words to add more emotions. Again though, best wall out there.
I just returned from vacation from Disney world and i'm working on a play about a serial killer/ghost, I don't know much about it but i'm excited to help my crew.
