Mt name is Justice. I am a freshman at River City High school. I am not really seeking anything from this class but I guess it can help me expand on the things I know and can teach me more about the art of film.I don't have a favorite movie or show nothing really inspires my interest in film making.

Describe the process of creating your one-shot and multi-shot films... How did you work as a group to develop what shots should be taken?
The process of creating the one shot story and multi shot story are completely different. In the one shot story we just left the camera in one spot and did the scene. But in the multi shot we had to actually move the camera to different places and positions.

How are you approaching the editing process?
I am approaching the editing process in the same way that I edited the one shot story just cutting a little more of the clips and adding affects to the words.

What have been some successes and hurdles in these first projects?
Some successes that happened in these first projects is that i learned a lot of things about film like camera placement and editing.

How do you feel your views on film have changed now that you've had a taste of the work involved?
My view of film has changed a lot because at first I thought it was going to be boring. But it is actually really fun and it helps with learning things as well.

Consider the shots and camera movements we've defined, shot, and edited. Which is your favorite from those you captured for your commercial and why? My Favorite camera angle from those is the above shot. This is my favorite shot because i like how the camera is above the person and it looks cool.
Also, which is your least favorite shot/camera move and why? My least favorite camera shot is hand held.I say this because I don't like holding the camera when i can just use the tripod to record.
What has learning about all these shots/moves taught you about cinematography?Learning about all these shots taught you about cinematography that there are multiple different shots.

Reflect on the process of creating your TV Show Pilot: 1) Provide a logline (plot in a single sentence) for your original CJ6
Hey there bob.
Screenplay. 2) Connect what you designed for CJ7: I designed a man with a tank top.
costume(s) to the story you created - why did you design what you designed based on the story? I based my outfit odd of king of the hill.
3) Tell, too, about the TV Show Pilot you filmed and edited with your group... 3a) what was it like to work with a script and 3b) what types of shot(s) do you feel brought the show to life most?It felt fine working with my group and I feel our pan shot was brought to show the life the most.

One of my biggest psychological barriers when it comes to making films is not being able to think of things to put into my film and people and places to put in as well.I am trying to overcome this by communicating and brainstorming with a group of people to come up with ideas. The second thing is that sometimes I just don't even want to film anymore because things are not going the way I want it to.This happens when people are not doing the right line or in the right place and they just do whatever.I am trying to change this by just talking to the person about what they are supposed to do more and not just expecting them to know how to do everything. One of my biggest successes in film is when I learned how to use a camera and filming my first film called "Don't Be Trash".It was about a water bottle trick shot and it was fun because we just kept trying to make a water bottle in a trash can backwards.

Describe your experience shooting this project in the film studio with the added lighting elements. How do you feel the studio time affected your final product quality? My experience shooting this project in the film studio was fun because I didn't know there was a whole bunch of different lights to use to film.I feel the studio time affected the quality of our film a lot because we got to use the light to benefit how the person we were filming looked.
Additionally, how did you approach the montage portion of your film. Describe what you chose to cut together and what effect you hope for it to have on your audience as a part of your "Flash Forward" film. I approached the montage portion of our film by showing how the mans life went from great to terrible and the effect I hope it has on the audience is that it shows how life can go from great to terrible.

Hitchcock is know as the Master of Suspense. Recall in detail a time when you felt a film had you most on edge--- either scared, excited, distressed, or passionate.
I felt the most on edge when a scene in the movie Batman because he got injured and I didn't know what was gonna happen next was he gonna stop being a hero or keep going.

What do you remember from the film itself (text, lighting, sound, set-up) that you believe made it truly effective?
In the film i remember it was dark and they had a little light that added a lot of affect and ,made the scene fit with the environment.

As a film maker yourself, what emotions do you think you'd be best at effecting in your audience and how do you imagine you would go about doing it?
The emotions that I think would be most effective towards my audience is like a suspenseful emotion and one that will have them thinking oh what will happen next.

My favorite film is "Don't be trash" by me because it was our first film that we made.
