What are your personal goals in regard to your anchoring RCTV? What skills do you need to grow this term to be able to be the best anchor you can be so you can provide great information to the schools student body?

last week our first RCTV came out. i think it came out pretty good, one thing is that i felt like it was too long. and another thing i noticed was that the anchors didnt really talk much.

viewing metropolis changed my view on silent films because it made sense with the acting and the dialogue.
montage changes how i view film because it creates interest in viewer.
it has changed because we plan out more throughly what we will record and what we are going to say.

my plan for college is to attend a jc and go to uti. the presentation changed my view of college because it showed me that there is many different paths to take and to dont be too stressed out about it because there is time.

working in the studio i learned how the 3 point lighting helps the focus on whoever you are filming. i learned how to change the background color. this affects my film making because now i know the proper lighting technique for interviews.

I didn't work with three-point lighting but I saw the magic happen. Last semester I worked with the green screens and that was cool. i see how set designs, costumes, and props contribute to a film.

my most recent segment on rctv was filming the spring showcase. this helped me practice my angles and pan shots to get most of what was going on to give the viewer an idea of what it was about.
