Regarding your Group Mimed Performance: You faced away from the audience a large portion of the time. How can you use your nerves to your advantage? Another consideration might be to so fully be in your character's mind that you cannot even consider your own nerves.

Regarding you Monologue Performance: Clever storytelling... very much in your written voice. The content rambled a bit, but that was part of the point of the story, right? Next step, what does rambling look like translated to physical and facial expressions?

The experience I had performing my monologue was not to good.I looked at my paper a lot and I couldn't really memorize my monologue.I guess that's what I get for not doing homework.Wait a minute I did do homework.hmmm how did I not memorize my monologue oh well.

The story is going to be about a guy who finds this device that lets him go through different dimensions.Yeah don't want to say to much I don't want to spoil anything. It's going to come to life in my set design by coming to life.My collage is like a Michael Bay film.I'm just going to add explosions and stuff to my set design and a war is going to go on.The shapes in my collage is just rectangles and I don't really know if it's colorful or not. These will be reflected by getting a mirror and reflecting it. :] :] :]

Consider the theatre history we studied this week. To what extent would you liken the preforming arts of today to their roots in ancient cultures? Also, describe your interpretation of why, perhaps, the "Comedy & Tragedy" masks seen so commonly today are such a popular symbol of drama and theatre.
Answer:I think the Comedy & Tragedy mask's a popular symbol because one of the them is a happy face and who doesn't want to be happy.

In regard to your puppet play performance: You requested feedback on your acting which I feel was lacking in your performance. Because of the lack of preparation in regard to the script, the lines came across as read rather than performed. What steps can you take for future presentations to ensure you're prepared to perform at 100%?

Recall a costume you remember well. When did you see it and what was the show, event, or occasion? Were you wearing it or was someone else? What was the "part" being played? Describe in detail the outfit, so we can imagine it. What do you beleive the costumer did so well so that this costume continues to stand out in your mind?

A costume I remember well is Superman's costume because the giant S in the middle gives it away + if you think of a superhero he comes to mind. The costumer did do well because superman does stand out.

Regarding your final performance "Hunting Season": You guys really hit your stride with this one. The group creativity was really wonderful to watch and highlighted each of your personalities. As you go on to other presentations and/or performances, be certain that you are staying open to the audience so they can appreciate your facial expressions and energy. Very well done. Congratulations!
