My name is Yvette and I am hoping this class helps me become a better actor, and I hope it gives me skills that I can use in the future for my own career. I am not sure what college I want to go to but I think I want to go to the Academy of Arts in San Francisco and pursue an acting career or even a career in film. It is something that has always peaked my interest but I think now finally seeing it up close and personal I think this is what I want for my future.
Well, first and foremost i'll state the obvious by saying I'm a student in this class. I'm a person that prefers to be self reliant for most of the aspects in life as much as I can at least. Though, when necessary I enjoy working in collaborative projects with others. In the future I see myself in an unconventional job and just exploring what life has to offer. I'm adventure bound and want a creative outlet so I see this class helping me decide a proper path that may help me accomplish this. This doesn't per-say mean theatre but its a good start to where I may want to go in the future.
I am Liam, and I want to become a stand-up comedian. One of the things I hope to learn from this class is how to "act" in front of an audience so instead of looking like a confused, awkward ramen noodle, I will look like a slightly less confused, equally as awkward green bean.
I am a person that likes to experience new things here and there but isn't quite fond of getting out of my comfort zone. In the future I want to be one that is able to get out of their comfort zone and be able to try different things without thing what if. What I am seeking from this class is I am hoping it helps me get out of my comfort zone and helps with me becoming more comfortable around people as well as crowds
I would like to say that I am a very artistic kind of person. I've always had a knack for anything in the visual and performing arts, both participation and study of it. I took this class to have easy access to a small dose of everyday theater and to be able to learn more about the stuff that I haven't had access or been exposed to before. I would love for this course to be a launch into a career centered around art or theater.
I am a Freshman, I like cooking I'm thinking of becoming a Chef. In the mean time I like to act. I love the joy from the audience once I'm done, I love all the characters I can be. I like the nerve racking experience right before I get on stage, but I love the sigh of relief when I'm done.
