Hello! my name is Gabriel. I am a creative who likes to draw, record short "films" and edit them. I also like to read. I hope to move into the film industry when I am older. My preference would most likely be director. Although i am happy working alone, i would like to work with a big crew! I hope to gain knowledge on how to preform. I would also like to learn different ways to express myself or my feeling on the stage!

1. Who is more important... the playwright or the cast and crew? Defend your assertion by explaining your logic and providing some examples.
ANSWER: I think the playwright is the most important because you can have great actors but a really bad script and i think that would ruin any kind of performance.
2. Also, how did your first in-class performance go? What did it feel like before, during, and after performing your animal pantomime?
ANSWER: Our performance was really good actually. it was probably the best no i'm joking it was a great first attempt.

Give a synopsis of your monologue and the character you portrayed. My monologue was about the man Michael Mcmodernautomobile and his try at becoming a famous inventor. What specific part of the preparation (worksheets, acting exercises, scoring,, etc.) most helped you to prepare for the performance? I think for me it was the practice i did in class reading it outloud helped make it more feasible for me. it also helped me with discovering my character's emotions. To what extent did you feel you were "in character" when performing your monologue? I was definitely in character the whole time. What's your biggest take-away from this project & performance? I learned that performing for a audience is not hard for me.
