Advanced Cinematic Storytelling is an advanced Career Technical Education Arts, Media & Entertainment course that immerses students in the complete filmmaking process through authentic narrative production experiences. Students study cinema as both an artistic discipline and a professional industry while developing skills in storytelling, cinematography, sound design, editing, production management, leadership, and digital media communication. Through the Raider Media production model, students move beyond traditional classroom assignments to experience the responsibilities of a collaborative filmmaking studio. Students write, plan, direct, produce, edit, and exhibit original narrative films while developing the technical, creative, and professional skills required for success in the evolving media industry. |
